School Uniform

Our school uniform is red and blue and incorporates the school logo. Pupils wear their uniform with pride. The uniform contributes to pupils' sense of community and shared purpose.  We work together with parents to ensure that the pupils are appropriately dressed for school. Uniform with the school logo is available to purchase from Superstitch 86 LTD in Hastings. Please ensure all your child's school clothing is marked with their full name.

PE - All pupils wear black shorts, a white t-shirt with school logo and black plimsolls.  In winter we ask that pupils are provided with black jogging or tracksuit trousers, blue or black sweatshirt, fleece or tracksuit top and a light showerproof jacket as we encourage outdoor activities, weather permitting.

Forest School We intend to give each child the opportunity to have a Forest School session every week.  To help avoid school uniform from becoming dirty, children will be advised to wear the following attire during the Forest School sessions; wellington boots, old clothes and a warm coat/jacket.  Waterproof clothing is advised.  Mrs Tittle has asked if the children in Meerkats can also bring their normal school shoes with them so that they can change into these from their muddy boots at lunch time.

Art - We ask that pupils are provided with painting overalls.  An old shirt worn back to front serves this purpose well.

On Health & Safety grounds NO jewellery (except stud earrings) can be worn for PE.  We strongly recommend that no jewellery of any sort be worn to school.  If jewellery is worn your child will be asked to remove it before any physical activity (including swimming).  We do not take responsibility for safekeeping of items of jewellery removed by pupils.
