Mrs Lison Smart - Head of School

Lison Royle

I really enjoy working at Peasmarsh School because every day is different and exciting. The children make me laugh and I like to hear the stories that they tell me. When I am not at school, I like to spend time with my family and my two little dogs. I love reading all sorts of books and finding out about the world.

Miss Emma Hogg - KS2 teacher and SENCO

I have been working at Peasmarsh since 2010 and I love working with our fantastic children and seeing them achieve their goals. I have taught in Years 1-6 throughout my time here, and I am now working with Year 4/5/6 in Giraffes' class. Last year, I went back to university to complete my SENCO accreditation and took over as SENCO at Peasmarsh in February 2016.
I love travelling- my favourite places have been: the west coast of America; the temples and pyramids of Egypt and Paris. I also enjoy reading and spending time with my nephew.

Mrs Jo O' Flaherty - KS2 teacher and KS1 leader

At Peasmarsh School the children are passionate and enjoy learning so I find working here very rewarding.  Each and every day is fresh and exciting as the children are full of independent  ideas. The individual personalities bring a rich learning culture to our classroom.  When I am not at school I enjoy spending time with my family and friends.  I enjoy the outdoors and exploring new places in the world with my family.

Mrs Beccy King - KS1 teacher and EYFS leader

I was born in Norway but also spent my childhood in  Germany, Belgium and Cyprus. I came to England when I was 19. In Cyprus, I was part of the Cyprus Equestrian  Federation Show Jumping Team. It was very exciting but I swapped my horses for family life and had three children.
